After years of coaching, leadership and facilitation experience in non-profit organizations, I set out to pursue my life-coaching dream. In 2019 I chose training and certification through the largest, global in-person coach training school, the Co-Active Training Institute. As a Co-Active coach, I guide you, believing that you already have what you need within you to restabilize and reconnect with your own resilience.

Transitions life coaching means that you'll have someone alongside you to guide you in rediscovering and reconnecting to your own authentic self and others.

Hello there.

In the past several years I have experienced multiple life transitions: a breast cancer diagnosis, the death of both parents and my brother, caregiving, job loss and career-change, empty-nesting, divorce, and a move across the country. Through my own life changes I have a Co-Active Coach who provides me with invaluable support and guidance. 

 

Every significant life transition involves both letting-go and learning.  Any significant life change can be disorienting and disempowering, even if the change is positive.

Life transitions shift and rearrange our internal and external patterns, responses, and routines. They may make us deeply uncomfortable or stir up intense emotions or grief. We may feel that there is too much we can't control, leading us to feel stuck or helpless.

Through coaching you'll find yourself more present, aware, centered. You'll notice your stuck patterns beginning to dissolve. You'll begin saying yes to relationships, practices, and priorities that resonate most and align with your values.

Here’s how your coaching journey begins.

Garden Path

1. Exploratory Coaching Session

In this complimentary session, you’ll meet with us to ask questions, clarify the focus for your coaching, and explore the coaching services that will be the best fit for you.

2. Coaching Agreement

You’ll receive a Coaching Agreement that reflects the duration, focus, and fees for our coaching package. You’ll also receive a Client Reflection Sheet that helps us start the coaching journey on a strong foundation.

3. Transformation

You’ll begin with an initial 2-hour Discovery Session, followed by 45-60 minute bi-monthly or weekly coaching sessions designed around the choice of topics that support your coaching goals and needs.

Your unique wisdom has been there all along.

In our sessions together, you will have a safe space to go deep and
reconnect with yourself - so you can reconnect with the world around you.
